Had impeccably clean and reasonably spacious room exactly like in the pictures, and I couldn't ask for more. The staff were nice and location was unbeatable and amazing. I was surprised at nearby The Darwin, they had some goodies, drinks.

I really enjoyed the suite; it looked just like the pictures! I wouldn't mind spending all day there. Having an electric kettle and fridge was a nice bonus too. ☕.

The stay was perfect 10/10, recommend. It was a wonderful base for a honeymoon trip. The room was impeccably clean and spacious exactly like in the pictures, we liked it. We had a safe, a mini bar, and an iron.

It was a great experience. Everything was great, and the perfect location and affable staff were a definite plus. the fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was just about 10 minutes away made things even better.

The view from the rooftop was breathtaking! I enjoyed watching the sunset and the cityscape. The staff was also hospitable, always ready to offer travel tips and point me in the right direction. As a bonus, the room was also quite spacious and had a comfy bed. The location was also a plus, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby market.

The noise levels were distressing at night with the constant sound of vehicles. the building itself was dated with little to no updates.

There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance where we could find delicious food, including dishes like Kenza and Seasalt. the room itself was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, complete with amenities such as a comfortable bed, air conditioning. the staff was friendly and always available to provide assistance or offer suggestions about what to see and do.

The lack of clear signage made it challenging to locate the accommodation when we first arrived.

The facilities were good and had all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. the location was great, close to many cafes and restaurants and less than 30 minutes drive to the nearby beaches. Another advantage was the attentive staff members, always willing to help with arrangements for transportation. the aircon was also perfect for those hot and humid days.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with amenities that I haven't seen anywhere else in Indonesia. I loved having Netflix on the TV and the convenience of free water bottle refills. The private pool was incredibly comfortable and provided a great place to relax. The room itself was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures. The staff were the friendliest I have encountered and were always available to help. I also appreciated being able to arrange for a motorbike through them. The hotel is in a great neighborhood with fantastic restaurants nearby and all the beaches are easily accessible.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
